Refunds and Returns Policy
Our company understands that from time to time you may need want to return an item that you received from our online store. In the unlikely event that this were to happen, we aim to make this process as easy and worry-free as possible for our customers and clients as stated by our Returns Policy.
All refunds are credited using the original payment method if possible and can take between 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, this timeframe may vary depending on the provider of your card.
Medicines
In accordance with regulations, our company is unable to accept the returns of any medication as it is prohibited from being reused once it has departed from our company premises. Returned medication from any person must also be disposed of in the correct way within 30 days.
You may cancel any orders within your rights up to the point at with your medication is dispatched from the company premises. The pharmacist is to ensure that any returned medication is destroyed within 30 days of it being returned. This includes unopened boxes which is why our company is unable to offer refunds once your treatment has been dispatched.
In the event that you are unable to collect a missed delivery or are have your medication redelivered through the use of our courier services, we can dispatch your medication to the same or alternate address as long as it has been returned to us within a 30-day window.
Distance Selling Regulations
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state that under the following circumstances, you are unable to cancel your order:
Exceptions to the right to cancel
Unless the involved parties have decided differently, they waive the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of withdrawal pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts for the supply of goods that are explicitly personalised or which by reason of the good’s nature is unable to be returned or is susceptible to deterioration or rapid expiration;
This means that with regards to this exception, you do not have the right to cancel. However, in terms of the discretion practiced by our company in regards to these specific terms and conditions, you may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
Any medication that is returned, including unopened boxed, must be destroyed by the pharmacist, so we are unable to offer a refund of any kind once your treatment has been dispatched.
Receiving Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If the order that you receive is incorrect, damaged or faulty, you may contact us by using the details listed below within 10 days of receiving the item. Once we have been contacted, we will decide on the course of action that is to be taken on an individual basis. This will result in the product being either refunded or replaced as mentioned above.

Damaged Items
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes you eligible receive a monetary return on goods that were damaged as long as it is done within a month of you receiving your goods. You will have to return your items before a refund of any kind will be issued.
We do not accept medication of any kind that you deem to have been ineffective however, should you have reason to believe that any medication from us was damaged, feel free to get in contact with our support staff for assistance in getting a refund.
